Laycee Gwyther is an entrepreneur, speaker, certified master coach, and the founder of Executive Beauty Suites and Beauty and the Boss Consulting in Everett, Washington. With more than 15 years in the beauty industry and 11 years as a business owner, Laycee is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, developing confident leaders, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. She launched her first salon business in 2014, founded Executive Beauty Suites in 2018, and expanded her mission through Beauty and the Boss Consulting in 2020.

During her journey as Mrs. Everett, Laycee is partnering with Mama Kat Photography to document the moments, milestones, and behind-the-scenes memories that celebrate her platform, community involvement, and passion for inspiring others.

When she's not coaching or speaking, Laycee enjoys kickboxing, traveling, attending leadership and personal development events, seeking new adventures, spending time with her husband, Josh, and making memories with their pitbull, Lola, and their goat, Mr. Pickles.

One of the most meaningful parts of Laycee's story is that she opened Executive Beauty Suites in the very building that once housed the rehabilitation center where she received help during one of the most difficult seasons of her life. That full-circle moment serves as a daily reminder that transformation is possible and fuels her passion for helping others believe they can create a future greater than their past.
